Maatsen returns for Man City clash

Ian Maatsen returns to Aston Villa’s starting XI, as Unai Emery names his squad to take on Manchester City.

The left-back has been sidelined since the draw against Nottingham Forest through injury, but is back in the team as one of four changes from Wednesday.

Johan Manzambi is fit enough to return having limped off against Newcastle United last weekend, while Boubacar Kamara is back having sat out Champions League action against Viking.

Matty Cash comes back in at right-back, with Tyrone Mings, Ross Barkley, Emi Buendía and Ibrahim Mbaye dropping to the bench.
