Aston Villa have teamed up with Fantasy Football Scout to help bring you hints, tips and advice during the 2026/27 Fantasy Premier League season.

Scout will be using their expertise to provide advice and gameweek tips which should prove useful in ensuring you win your mini-leagues.

Johan Manzambi (£5.9m) produced a superb display in Aston Villa’s 3-2 win over Tottenham Hotspur prior to the international break, amassing 13 points. 

It wasn’t just his goal and assist which caught the eye, but his overall performance.

On his full debut for the club, he recorded four shots on goal, which was more than any other Villa player in Gameweek 5 except Nicolas Jackson (£6.5m, six), whilst also creating two chances.

After a fitness-building international break in which he has made several appearances for Switzerland, the prospects for further returns look good.

Villa play Brentford, Newcastle United, Manchester City and Fulham in the next four Gameweeks, with three of these fixtures at Villa Park.

The Villans will be approaching that run of matches with confidence, with the display against Spurs offering a glimpse into what Unai Emery could construct with his newly assembled squad of players.

It’s also worth noting that Villa have scored 10 goals across their last four matches in all competitions.

Available at only £5.9m, Manzambi could subsequently be a great differential in FPL.

Brentford arrive at Villa Park unbeaten, having taken nine points from five matches, with Kevin Schade (£6.2m) their top-scoring Fantasy player with 39 points.
