Aston Villa have teamed up with Fantasy Football Scout to help bring you hints, tips and advice during the 2026/27 Fantasy Premier League season.
Scout will be using their expertise to provide advice and gameweek tips which should prove useful in ensuring you win your mini-leagues.
Aston Villa's Zion Suzuki (£5.0m) picked up 10 points from last week’s away clean sheet at Hull City, the most of any goalkeeper in Gameweek 3.
The Japan international made four saves at the MKM Stadium. This meant he earned an extra FPL point for saving at least three shots.
He also secured the maximum three bonus points, partly due to his impressive distribution. Suzuki completed 36 out of his 38 attempted passes (95% accuracy), with the highlight a superb, sprayed ball out to George Hemmings (£4.5m) on the left flank. From there, the youngster pulled back a cross for Emi Buendía (£5.9m), who turned his shot over the bar.
Before the trip to Hull, the Villans restricted Arsenal to only seven shots in Gameweek 2. As a result, they have the second-best underlying defensive data over the last two Gameweeks, with 1.6 expected goals conceded (xGC).
Villa’s next match is at home to Nottingham Forest, followed by games against Tottenham Hotspur, Brentford and Newcastle United. With an ownership of only 1.5%, it suggests that Suzuki can continue to excel as a differential option in between the sticks.
Nottingham Forest have taken two points from their first three matches this season, having lost to Leeds United and drawn with both Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.
